Paperwork
Investors signs a purchase agreement to acquire a preferred stock share from Fuente Triangle Realty Development, Corp. representing a specific condotel unit.
Upon full payment of unit, investors receive a fully-paid preferred stock share certificate.
Preferred stock share certificate can only be resold when unit is fully paid Purchase Agreement: The condotel unit Purchase Agreement for Crown Regency Resort & Convention Center is irrevocable upon signing.
A reservation deposit of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100K) payable to Fuente Triangle Realty Development Corporation is required upon signing.
The balance is subject to the agreed terms of payment to be completed within thirty (30) days.
Cash Payments are also given thirty (30) days to complete.

Q. ARE THERE OTHER EXPENSES TO BE PAID BY THE UNIT OWNER UPON ENROLLMENT IN THE CONDOTEL OPERATIONS?
A. A joining fee is required to be paid by the unit owners upon enrollment to condotel operations. The joining fee will be determined later by the operator. Unit owner will still have to pay for other amenities and other services
Q. WHO WILL OPERATE THE CONDOTEL UPON COMMERCIALIZATION?
A. Condotel will be managed by the Crown Regency Hotel Chain
Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATE?
A. The condotel will generally operate like a resort hotel. Individual owners may use their condotel units for 45 days every year if their unit is enrolled under rental pooling. If the usage will exceed 45 days, they willhave to pay the member's rate (30% discount from regular rate). Owners who do not choose t enroll their units under condotel operations may use their units as a vacation home or for residential purpose.
Q. IF THE UNIT OWNER DECIDES NOT TO ENROLL HIS UNIT UNDER THE CONDOTEL OPERATIONS, WILL THE UNIT OWNER BE CHARGED OF ASSOCIATION DUES?
A. Yes, the unit owner will be charged with monthly association dues & maintenance fees will be determined later by the operator.
Q. ARE THERE ASSOCIATION DUES FOR THE UNIT OWNERS WHO ENROLLED IN CONDOTEL OPERATIONS/
A. There are NO association dues for units enrolled under cndotel operations.
Q.WHAT IF THE UNIT OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE 45-DAY BENEFIT?
A. The 45-day benefit has an expiry of one-year. The 45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay privilege certificates at any of the Crown Regency hotel chain of properties & other off-site facilities with no expiry period on a one to one room night value. He can also enroll it at Interval International or sell it to his friends.
Q. ARE REPAIRS SHOULDERED BY THE CONDOTEL OPERATORS?
A. Only minor repairs shall be shouldered by the condotel operator.
Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF THE CONDOTEL ENROLLMENT?
A. Upon turnover of your unit, the unit owner may immediately enroll with the operator. The minimum period you can have your unit enrolled is three(3) years.
Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATION DIFFER FROM TIMESHARES?
A. In timeshare, you only exercise a right to use the property for a certain period of time. When you own a unit in Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc.(BPDI), you own a share in the company wherein your share is represented by a specific numbered unit. Your ownership of a share evidenced by a stock certificate makes you a unit owner and a shareholder of BMPDI.
